Youth Athletic Performance Program
Our Youth Athletic Performance Program is designed to empower young athletes ages 12 and under, providing them with the knowledge and skills to build a strong, healthy foundation through bi-weekly strength training sessions.This program promotes physical fitness, self-confidence, and lifelong healthy habits as players prepare for long and successful athletic careers. Key Program Features Age-Appropriate Workouts Carefully designed strength training exercises tailored to the unique developmental needs of young athletes. Emphasis on proper form and technique to ensure injury prevention and long-term success. Certified Instructors Sessions are led by experienced and certified trainers who provide expert guidance and support throughout the program. Progressive Curriculum Gradually increases in intensity and complexity, allowing athletes to build strength and confidence over time. Structured programming ensures steady improvement and skill development. Safety First Participant safety is our top priority, with carefully selected equipment and exercises. Constant supervision and spot checks are conducted during every session to maintain a safe training environment. Batting Cage Membership
Members can enjoy access to batting cages for up to 60 minutes per session. Access is based upon availability and rentals must be made 48 hours in advance. If looking for a rental within 24 hours, reservations will be considered by texting 843,870.4364.
